Shipment of Orders Most orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Costs Online shipping costs are calculated based on service from our fulfillment center in Austin, Texas, to your delivery location ZIP Code. The shipping charge will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Confirmation WellnessWithinReach.com will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the shipment tracking number, shipment date, and the shipping delivery address. If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please check with the shipper using the tracking number. You may also contact us at Wellness Within Reach using the email address or phone number given on our website.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times WellnessWithinReach.com uses Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and the United States Postal Service for shipments. If your order is placed prior to 2:00pm CST your order will normally be shipped the same day, orders after 2:00pm may not ship until the next business day. Exceptions may apply.
Delivery Delays WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the shipping carrier's control may cause a delay in delivery of your order. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES may delay delivery of your order.
If you would like to return a product, please use our Contact Form or reach us via the email address or phone number given on our website.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Wellness Within Reach reserves the right to verify all pertinent information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. In certain cases, a re-stock fee may apply.
I. Incorrect Order
If you have received any products in error or there are any mistakes in your order, please contact Wellness Within Reach immediately so we may correct it as soon as possible.
II. Damaged Products
If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping (broken, leaking, etc.):
- Contact the shipping company immediately to report your damage.
- Retain the outer shipping carton and all damaged products or the shipper will not process your Damage Report. (Saving these items constitutes proof of your claim.)
- All Damage Reports must be made within 5 days of receipt of package. After 5 days, the shipper will not be responsible for any Damage Reports.
III. First-Time Customers:
You may receive a full refund on one opened bottle per product type, for up to two different products (if your claim is otherwise received by Wellness Within Reach according to the terms of this Guarantee). Additional opened bottles of the same product(s) will not receive credit. You will receive a full refund for any unopened bottles (if otherwise received by Wellness Within Reach according to the terms of this Guarantee).
IV. Ongoing Customers
You may receive a full refund on one opened bottle per product type, for up to two different products (if your claim is otherwise received by Wellness Within Reach according to the terms of this Guarantee). Additional opened bottles of the same product(s) will not receive credit. You will receive a full refund for any unopened bottles (if otherwise received by PRL according to the terms of this Guarantee).
V. Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to terminate at any time our offer to give a full refund to customers who try a product for the first time. In certain cases, a re-stock fee may apply. If in doubt about whether you may receive a full refund, please contact Wellness Within Reach to verify specific refund terms in your specific case. Regardless, all returns must have prior approval and the returner must follow recommended return approval procedure.
VI. Returning Discounted Items
If you receive approval to return discounted items, please note that the credit you receive will be calculated as follows: The total discount price minus the regular retail price of the units of the items that were not returned.
VII. Returning Free Product Specials
When a customer makes a Guarantee claim for any product which was part of a special offering including an additional “free” product, customers must return all products comprising the special offer.
VIII. Food Products
Food items may not be returned, whether they have been opened or not.
Returned Products Guidelines
For coverage under the Guarantee, all products must be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:
A. Clean Labels
No scuff marks, smears, tears, smudges, water damage, ink marks, etc. Shrink wrap must be intact.
Products must have been stored at room temperature (not in a hot place such as a car) or near a microwave oven.
C. Adequate Wrapping
Products must be carefully wrapped in their original plastic wrapping or other clean, protective wrapping. Do not put products loose into a box (to avoid bottles hitting each other during travel).
D. 30-Day Return
You must contact us within 30 days of your Invoice date to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. (See Sections III and IV for details.)
Return Authorization Number – Please write neatly on your proof of purchase the Return Authorization Number provided by Wellness Within Reach.
E. Labelling the Package Correctly
