The path to health and wellness lies in eating real, whole food. Although our country is obsessed with diets, they don’t work. There is a new diet book or gimmick coming out at every turn. Everyone wants a quick, easy fix, but the truth is, there isn’t one – sorry! Nobody can go through life counting points or anything else, eating packaged, chemical laden foods, or eating some crazy combination of foods that claims to burn fat. We all need food that nourishes our body, gives us energy and helps us to look and feel our best. Food should be pleasurable, and should not make us feel deprived. I have recently landed on what is referred to as The Paleo style of eating. It makes good sense from a scientific perspective, and it works for me.

Through one on one coaching I help my clients find their way back to eating healthy, whole foods, and discover that wellness really is within reach. Regardless what stage of life you are in, my goal is to have you feel better than you have ever felt in your life.
